Executive Management means the CEO and the CFO for purposes of administering this Plan.
Senior Management means personnel of the Company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. This would include all members of management one level below the executive directors, including all the functional heads.
Senior Management Team means at any particular time the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company.

Management Team means Xxxxxx X. X’Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xx. and Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxxx.
Executive Chairman means the Executive Chairman of the Board.
continuing professional development means the continuing professional development contemplated in section 32;
Non-Executive Directors means the Directors who are not in whole time employment of the Company.
Executive Team means certain senior executives, including members of management covered by Rule 16(b) under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, designated by the Committee as the key executive management of the Company, CVI and CSI.
Key Management Personnel means persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Company, directly or indirectly, including any Director (whether executive or otherwise) of the Company;
Executive manager means an individual employed by a new motor vehicle dealer in an executive capacity and who has a written employment agreement with the dealer that includes a right for the executive manager to purchase a controlling interest in the dealership at a future time or on the death or incapacity of the dealer.
Medical Executive Committee or “MEC” means the Executive Committee of the Medical Staff.
Executive session means all or part of a meeting that is closed or confidential.
Executive Directors means a person appointed as director directly accountable to the municipal manager.
Executive Mayor means the councillor elected as the executive mayor of the municipality in terms of section 55 of the Municipal Structures Act;
Senior Managerial Personnel means the personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management, of rank equivalent to General Manager and above, including all functional heads.
Executive Officers means the Company's “executive officers” as defined in 12 C.F.R. § 215.2(e)(1) (regardless of whether or not such regulation is applicable to the Company).
Senior Managers means, with respect to the Company and each member of the Company Group, the chief executive officer, the chief financial officer, the chief technology officer, the president, the general manager or any other manager with the title of “vice-president” or higher, or any other employee with responsibilities similar to any of the foregoing, of such entity.
Senior Manager means each of Xxxxxxx Xxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxx, and Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, and/or any other Persons designated by the Board as Senior Managers (collectively, the "Senior Managers").
Seattle Human Resources Director means the director of the Seattle Department of Human Resources or his or her designated management representative.
Executive Severance Plan means the Company’s Senior Executive Employee Severance Pay Plan, as in effect from time to time.
Medical Board means the board of physicians as provided by this chapter.
Executive Engineer “Superintending Engineer” and “Chief Engineer” used in the contract and the documents attached thereto, shall respectively be taken to include the terms “Deputy Director” “Director” and “Director General” or the holder of the corresponding posts in relation to the work.
Homeless children and youths means individuals who lack a fixed, regular, and adequate nighttime residence. This includes children and youth who are sharing the housing of other persons due to loss of housing, economic hardship or a similar reason, living in motels, parks or campgrounds; or children or youth who have a primary nighttime residence that is a public or private place not designed for or ordinarily used as a sleeping accommodation by human beings; or children or youth living in cars, abandoned buildings or substandard housing or similar situations; or migratory children because they are living in circumstances like those described above. “Substandard housing” may be determined by considering factors such as whether the setting in which the child or youth is living lacks water, electricity or heat; is infested with vermin or mold; lacks a working kitchen or toilet, or presents unreasonable dangers to adults, children or persons with disabilities. Cities, counties and states have varying housing codes that further define housing deemed substandard by law.
Educational personnel means persons who must meet requirements pursuant to state law as a condition of employment in educational programs.
Non-Executive Director Means any director who is not an Executive Director.
