Exhibitor Materials definition

Exhibitor Materials means any materials, products, or services presented or displayed by Exhibitor, or provided to Management by Exhibitor, in connection with the Exhibition, including, without limitation, any images, videos, logos, trademarks, service marks, advertisements and/or promotional copy, plans, data, lists, content, course materials, presentations, and the name, voice, and likeness of any Exhibitor Representatives in connection with the Exhibition. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Exhibitor Materials and the goodwill associated therewith at all times shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Exhibitor.

Exhibitor Materials means all software, hardware, presentations, audio/video, graphics, collateral, information, and other items related to Exhibitor's products and/or services that Exhibitor provides for use at or relating to the Event, as described in this Agreement.

Exhibitor Materials means any exhibit and/or sponsorship and/or advertising material(s), good(s) or product(s) (including any packaging thereof), as the case may be, and any other material(s), good(s) or product(s) used, displayed, exhibited, advertised, marketed, promoted, reproduced, published, distributed, circulated, offered, sold or provided by an exhibitor at or in connection with our trade show, collectively.

  • If the Exhibitor fails to arrange to have any Exhibitor Materials returned to the Exhibitor after the conclusion of the Show, whether through ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or otherwise, the Exhibitor agrees that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall have the right, but not the obligation, to arrange to have such Exhibitor Materials returned to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ warehouse.

  • The Exhibitor shall label all Exhibitor Materials with the name of the Show, the Exhibitor’s company name, and booth number.

  • The Exhibitor shall be solely responsible for packaging and labeling all Exhibitor Materials.

  • The Exhibitor agrees that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and/or its agents shall load the Exhibitor Materials onto the carrier under the directions from the carrier or driver of that carrier.

  • The Exhibitor further agrees to reimburse ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ for any costs and expenses incurred in removing and transporting such Exhibitor Materials, including but not limited to the costs of shipment and storage.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ obligation to compensate the Exhibitor for loss or damage to the Exhibitor Materials shall be limited solely to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Material Handling Liability Circumstances and in an amount not to exceed the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Material Handling Liability Cap.

  • Further, Management may thereupon direct Exhibitor to immediately, or at a time to be determined by Management, remove its Exhibitor Representatives, its merchandise, or other property from the Venue and Management may remove any or all Exhibitor Materials from the Exhibition website or from the Platform.

  • The Exhibitor acknowledges that the Exhibitor Materials shall be handled by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ utilizing forklifts and other similar means and agrees to package all materials accordingly.

  • Declarations of the “declared value” of the Exhibitor Materials are between the Exhibitor and the selected carrier only, and are in no way an extension of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ maximum liability stated herein or an increase to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Material Handling Liability Cap.
