Existing Engine definition

Existing Engine means an engine which commenced operation in San Diego County on or before November 15, 2000. Engines used to replace an existing engine pursuant to Rule 11 Subsection (d)(5) do not qualify as existing engines.
Existing Engine means an engine which that by December 3, 1991 [date of revised rule adoption];
Existing Engine means an engine for which a complete application was submitted to the District on or before July 8, 2020.

Existing Engine means an engine that by June 19, 2008;

  • Dual-Fuel Engine means an engine that is designed to simultaneously operate with a liquid fuel and a gaseous fuel, both fuels being metered separately, the consumed amount of one of the fuels relative to the other one being able to vary depending on the operation;

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.
