Existing Servicer definition

Existing Servicer means a Person (including the Receiver) acting as servicer for any Asset as of the Cut-Off Date.
Existing Servicer shall have the meaning given in the Contribution Agreement. “Failed Banks” shall have the meaning given in the preamble.
