The CHC-MCO must send written notice to Participants and affected Providers at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of the change and must simultaneously amend all written materials describing its Expanded Service or Value-Added Services.
Once an Expanded Service or Value-Added Service is approved, the CHC-MCO must continue to offer the service unless the CHC- MCO is notified, in writing, by the Department to discontinue the service or the Department approves a request from the CHC-MCO to discontinue the service.
