Experienced Investor definition
Experienced Investor means in accordance with s 761GA Corporations Act - the person has satisfied they have previous experience in using financial services and investing in financial products, where the product/service is not provided in connection with a business;
Experienced Investor means a unitholder who meets the criteria prescribed from time to time by the Bank in accordance with regulations issued under Section 67 of the Law;
Experienced Investor means a person having the expertise, experience and knowledge to be in a position to make his own investment
