Extra Personnel definition

Extra Personnel means operating engineers, elevator operators and mechanics, loading dock guards, master mechanics, maintenance mechanics, teamster foremen, dockmasters, electricians, security personnel and other support personnel in each case contracted for or employed by or on behalf of Landlord.
Extra Personnel means engineers, mechanics, and other support personnel. Lessee agrees that Lessee’s Contractor, any subcontractor of Lessee’s Contractor and all Extra Personnel shall be licensed. The provisions of Article 5.3 of the Lease shall apply to Lessee’s obligations in relation to the Contractor, any subcontractor of the Contractor and all Extra Personnel of Lessee as if such parties were “employees.”

  • Lessor shall, promptly after becoming aware of the need for such Extra Personnel or overtime work, notify Lessee of the anticipated numbers and type of Extra Personnel and overtime work that will be required.

  • If such overtime work or such Extra Personnel shall simultaneously be required by Lessor for any other reason, then the cost of such overtime work or Extra Personnel shall be appropriately apportioned between Lessee and Lessor.

  • Lessor shall submit statements to Lessee from time to time in respect of the expenses incurred for Extra Personnel that are to be paid by Lessee.

Related to Extra Personnel

  • Personnel means persons hired by the Service Provider or by any Subcontractor as employees and assigned to the performance of the Services or any part there of;

  • Qualified personnel means personnel who meet the statutory or regulatory qualifications for each respective profession currently applicable in this state.

  • Specified Personnel means the personnel specified in the Contract to provide the Services.

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.

  • Local Personnel means such professionals and support staff who at the time of being so provided had their domicile inside the Government’s country.
