Facilities Preparation Services definition

Facilities Preparation Services means all Facilities Engineering, Civil Work, Site Plan Architectural Work, Structural Architectural Work, and Utilities Work, all of which must be performed in accordance with the Specifications. Pursuant to the definition of Civil Work, Facilities Preparation Services will (unless otherwise agreed by the Owner) include all Work to complete the Civil Work in a given System Element Location including, but not limited to, the supply, building and installation of all buildings, towers and antennas. Facility Preparation Services does not include Site Acquisition, Network Interconnection, Microwave Relocation or any of the above referenced activities for the construction of a Switch Site (except as otherwise provided in this Contract).
Facilities Preparation Services means all Facilities Engineering, Civil Work, Site Plan Architectural Work, Structural Architectural Work and Utilities Work, in accordance with the requirements of the Accommodation Plan and the other provisions of the Contract Documents. Facilities Preparation Services does not include Site Acquisition.

Examples of Facilities Preparation Services in a sentence

  • On or before the Owner's acceptance of the Facilities Preparation Services of any System Element Facility within any given PCS System in accordance with the terms of Exhibit B2, the Owner will have received details (in a form reasonably satisfactory to the Owner) of all invoices and charges for such Facilities Preparation Services incurred by the Vendor in connection with the Facilities Preparation Services for such System Element Facility.

  • The TIMS system, accessed at tims.imsacompetitors.com (along with a link to instructions for TIMS) is used to manage all entry list and starting grid changes, updates, and other changes.

  • Pursuant to the Project Milestones the Vendor must complete Installation of the Products for any given PCS System within thirty-two and one half (32-1/2) days of its completion of the Facilities Preparation Services in accordance with Milestone 6 (as set forth on Exhibit A1) for such PCS System pursuant to the requirements and criteria set forth in Exhibit D and Exhibit F.

  • Except with respect to Facilities Preparation Services, RF Engineering, SCP/HLR Products, AS Products and Services, OTAF Products and Services and Actiview Products and Services as set forth below, an invoice may be submitted to the Owner only after shipment of a Product or performance of a Service.

  • A lube oil cooler leak, which would flow through to the Burrard Inlet, is a potentially significant environmental risk with existing downstream containment in place with some suggested future upgrade.

  • In the event that under the remedy provisions of this Section 17 the Vendor is required to provide additional MSC and/or Base Stations requiring additional System Element Locations, the Owner will be responsible for all Site Acquisition and Facilities Preparation Services costs (other than any construction management costs or fees which will be borne by the Vendor).

  • In accordance with and subject to the Project Milestones set forth on Exhibit A (and the intervals set forth therein and herein), the Vendor will complete all Product Installation in any given PCS System and/or PCS Sub-System in conformance with the requirements and criteria set forth in Exhibit D within thirty-two and one-half (32-1/2) days of completion of the Facilities Preparation Services pursuant to Milestone 6 (as set forth in Exhibit A1) in such PCS System and/or PCS Sub-System.

  • The Owner understands that the Vendor will not be required to commence Facilities Preparation Services and/or Installation in any PCS System or PCS Sub-System until and unless the Vendor has received the applicable Build Notice pursuant to and in accordance with this subsection 2.7.

  • The forecasts provided by the Vendor pursuant to this subsection 6.5 must be in sufficient detail to reasonably inform the Owner of the nature of the costs to be incurred for each of RF Engineering and Facilities Preparation Services in each of the PCS Systems and/or any PCS Sub-Systems in which such Services are being provided by the Vendor and/or any of its Subcontractors pursuant to the terms of this Contract.

  • Commencing on the Effective Date, the Vendor will ----------------- provide the Owner with monthly forecasts of the costs of RF Engineering and Facilities Preparation Services in each PCS System in which such Services are being provided by the Vendor and/or any of its Subcontractors throughout the period that any such Services are being provided during the Term of this Contract.

Related to Facilities Preparation Services

  • Construction Services means either of the following for construction-manager-at-risk, design-build and job-order-contracting project delivery methods:

  • Collection Services means all the activities, including those conducted at Events and Depots operated by or on behalf of the Collector, for the purpose of receiving, classifying, packing, storing and transferring Automotive HSP onto transportation vehicles, including the manifesting of the Automotive HSP prior to transportation from the Event or Depot;

  • Coal preparation plant means a facility where coal is crushed, screened, sized, cleaned, dried, or otherwise prepared and loaded for transit to a consuming facility. “Coal preparation plant associated areas” means the coal preparation plant yards, immediate access roads, coal refuse piles, and coal storage piles and facilities. “Coal preparation plant water circuit means all pipes, channels, basins, tanks, and all other structures and equipment that convey, contain, treat, or process any water that is used in coal preparation processes within a coal preparation plant.

  • Construction Services Agreement means this Construction Services Agreement, together with any duly authorized and executed amendments hereto.

  • Inpatient services means services provided to you as an admitted inpatient in a recognised private or public hospital for treatment that is in an included clinical category, has a Medicare item number allocated and a Medicare benefit is payable.

  • Outpatient services means those services rendered in a practitioner’s office or in the department of an approved facility where services are rendered to persons who have not had an overnight stay and are not charged for room and board.

  • Related facilities means any manager's units and any and all common area spaces that are included within the physical boundaries of the housing development, including, but not limited to, common area space, walkways, balconies, patios, clubhouse space, meeting rooms, laundry facilities, and parking areas that are exclusively available to residential users, except any portions of the overall development that are specifically commercial space.

  • Financial Services Provider means any Lender and any other provider of financial services or products;

  • Regulatory Services Provider means the organization which provides regulatory services to BSEF pursuant to a Regulatory Services Agreement.

  • Financial Services Business for purposes of this Unit Agreement shall mean the business of banking, including deposit, credit, trust and investment services, mortgage banking, asset management, and brokerage and investment banking services.

  • Procurement Services shall refer to a business unit of OGS, formerly known as New York State Procurement (“NYSPro”) and Procurement Services Group (“PSG”).

  • Appraisal management services means one or more of the following:

  • Interconnection Service(s) means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.

  • Outsourcing facility means a facility that is engaged in the compounding of sterile drugs and is currently registered as an outsourcing facility with the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services and that complies with all applicable requirements of federal and state law, including the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

  • Facilities means any and all real property (including all buildings, fixtures or other improvements located thereon) now, hereafter or heretofore owned, leased, operated or used by Company or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective predecessors or Affiliates.

  • Case management services means planned referral, linkage, monitoring and support, and advocacy provided in partnership with a consumer to assist that consumer with self sufficiency and community tenure and take place in the individual’s home, in the community, or in the facility, in accordance with a service plan developed with and approved by the consumer and qualified staff.

  • Monitoring Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(b) of this Agreement.

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Implementation Services means the supply, configuration and programming of Customer Equipment and/or Services and training where set out in an Order.

  • Multiphase professional services contract means a contract for the providing of professional

  • Service Management System (SMS) means an off-line system used to access, create, modify, or update information in a Database.

  • Regulatory Services Agreement means the agreement between BSEF and the Regulatory Services Provider whereby the Regulatory Services Provider provides market surveillance and trade practice surveillance functions as well as other compliance related services to the SEF operated by BSEF.

  • Administration Services means the services required for the effective and efficient administration of Bonitas and includes, but are not necessarily limited to, member record management, contribution management, benefit option management, claims processing and management, management of members’ personal, claims and financial information and any other services that are required for the administration of Bonitas;

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.

  • Preconstruction services means services and other activities during the design phase.
