Facility Readiness Date definition

Facility Readiness Date means the date specified in the Statement of Work by which the State must have the site prepared and available for Equipment delivery and installation.

Examples of Facility Readiness Date in a sentence

  • On or before the Facility Readiness Date, the PSAP shall cause the site to be prepared in accordance with the Contractor’s site preparation specifications unless the Contractor has agreed to be responsible for such site preparation.

  • Interconnection Activation Date means the date that the construction of the joint facility Interconnection arrangement has been completed, trunk groups have been established, joint trunk testing is completed and trunks have been mutually accepted by the Parties.

  • Clearing System Business Day means in relation to an Index, any day on which the principal domestic clearing systems customarily used for settling trades in securities comprising such Index is (or, but for the occurrence of an event beyond the control of the Company or the Hedging Counterparty as a result of which such clearing system cannot clear the transfer of such securities, would have been) open for the acceptance and execution of settlement instructions.
