Facility Sublease definition

Facility Sublease means a sublease of the Board-financed facility from CDCR and/or BSCC, with the consent of the Board, to a participating county, for its use, operation and maintenance, as described in Section 1754.
Facility Sublease has the meaning given to such term in the Recitals.
Facility Sublease means a sublease of the Board-financedcounty juvenile facility or local youthful offender rehabilitative facility from CDCR, with the consent of the Board, to a participating county, for its use, operation and maintenance, as described in Section 1854.

Facility Sublease. Facility Sublease" shall mean the facility sublease, in form and substance satisfactory to Purchaser, executed and delivered by Lyric III and each Seller, concurrently with the Closing, pursuant to which Lyric III subleases to each Seller, and each Seller subleases from Lyric III, the respective Facilities.
