Federally Funded Grants. All of the Specific federal requirements that are applicable to the Master Contract are identified in Attachment A-2 (Federally Funded Grants) hereto. To the extent that the Master Contract is funded in whole or part with federal funds, (i) the provisions of the Master Contract that conflict with federal rules, federal regulations, or federal program specific requirements shall not apply and (ii) the Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable federal

To the extent that section V (FEDERALLY FUNDED GRANT REQUIREMENTS) conflict with any other provisions of the Contract, the federal requirements of Section V shall supersede all other provisions of the Contract where required. The Contractor must meet the program objectives summarized in the Program Work Plan and Special Conditions (Appendix D) to the satisfaction of DHSES in accordance with provisions of the Contract, relevant laws, rules and regulations, administrative and fiscal guidelines and, where applicable, operating certificates for facilities or license for an activity or program.
