Federation PIU means the Project implementation unit, a legal entity established pursuant to Government Decree 14/1996, dated August 16, 1996, which has become a division of the Foundation for Sustainable Development, an established legal entity, as referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 of Section I of Schedule 2 of this Agreement, and such term includes any successor or successors thereto satisfactory to the Association.
