Fee and Expense Amount definition

Fee and Expense Amount means the agreed-upon amount of $500,000 for attorneys’ fees and expense reimbursement to be paid to Plaintiffs’ Counsel, subject to Court approval, as described in paragraph 4.1 of this Stipulation.

Fee and Expense Amount means the sum to be paid to Plaintiff’s Counsel for their attorneys’ fees and expenses, as detailed in ¶¶ 5.1 and 5.2 of this Stipulation, subject to approval by the Court.

Fee and Expense Amount means the sum of one million five hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($1,550,000) in attorneys’ fees and expenses to be paid to Plaintiffs’ Counsel by the Company, as set out in ¶ 4.1 hereof, subject to approval by the Court, in full satisfaction of any and all claims for attorneys’ fees or expenses that have been, could be, or could have been asserted by Plaintiffs’ Counsel or any other counsel in connection with the derivative claims in the Derivative Actions.
