Fee and Expense Amount definition

Fee and Expense Amount means the agreed-upon amount of $500,000 for attorneys’ fees and expense reimbursement to be paid to Plaintiffs’ Counsel, subject to Court approval, as described in paragraph 4.1 of this Stipulation.
Fee and Expense Amount means the terms of the sum to be paid to Plaintiffs’ Counsel and for their attorneys’ fees and expenses, as detailed in §V.5.1, et seq. of this Stipulation, subject to approval by the Court.
Fee and Expense Amount means the amount to be paid to Lead Plaintiff’s Counsel as attorneys’ fees and expenses, as determined by the Federal Court, and which the Individual Defendants shall pay or cause to be paid.

More Definitions of Fee and Expense Amount

Fee and Expense Amount means $20,000,000, subject to Court approval.
