Fee and Price Schedule definition

Fee and Price Schedule means the prices and fees set forth in Schedule 2 for the applicable Product identified therein, and any future Fee and Price Schedule for new Product as added in writing from time to time upon mutual agreement of the Parties.

More Definitions of Fee and Price Schedule

Fee and Price Schedule means the prices and fees set forth Schedule 1, or as specified in written Jabil quotations to Company or as otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.

Fee and Price Schedule means the prices and fees set forth in Schedule 2 for the applicable Product identified therein, and any future Fee and Price Schedule for new Product as added in writing from time to time upon mutual agreement of the Parties. 1.25 “FCA” means that Jabil must at its own expense and risk deliver the Product cleared for export into the custody of the designated carrier at the applicable Port of Origin. 1.26 “Force Majeure Events” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 24.1. 1.27 “Forecast” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11.1. 1.28 “Generic Components” means the components or materials identified in Schedule 1 for incorporation into the Product and for which Company has not identified any specific supplier or source from whom Jabil is authorized to source such component or material. 1.29 “including” shall be defined to have the meaning “including, without limitation.” 1.30 “in writing” shall mean written documents, EDI with phone confirmation, verified faxes and successfully transmitted e-mails. 1.31 “Initial Term” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 14. 1.32 “Intellectual Property” means any and all intellectual property and tangible embodiments thereof, including without limitation inventions, discoveries, designs, specifications, developments, methods, modifications, improvements, processes, know-how, show-how, techniques, algorithms, databases, computer software and code (including software and firmware listings, assemblers, applets, compilers, source code, object code, net lists, design tools, user interfaces, application programming interfaces, protocols, formats, documentation, annotations, comments, data, data structures, databases, data collections, system build software and instructions), mask works, formulae, techniques, supplier and customer lists, trade secrets, graphics or images, text, audio or visual works, materials that document design or design processes, or that document research or testing, schematics, diagrams, product specifications and other works of authorship. 1.33 “Intellectual Property Rights” means, collectively, all rights in, to and under patents, trade secret rights, copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade dress and similar rights of any type under the laws of any governmental authority, including without limitation, all applications and registrations relating to the foregoing.
Fee and Price Schedule means the prices and fees set forth Schedule 1, or as specified in Jabil quotations to SKYE or as otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.

Related to Fee and Price Schedule

  • Price Schedule means the schedules or any part or individual schedule thereof, submitted by the Bidder with his Bid and forming a part of the Contract;

  • Baseline Schedule means the initial time schedule prepared by Contractor for Owner’s information and acceptance that conveys Contractor’s and Subcontractors’ activities (including coordination and review activities required in the Contract Documents to be performed by A/E and ODR), durations, and sequence of work related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents. The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • Schedule C means internal revenue service schedule C (form 1040) filed by a taxpayer pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code.
