Fee Credits definition

Fee Credits means credits against EUC PBDIFs, Village 11 PBDIFs, and Traffic Signal Fees that Developer has received or may receive in the future from the City for Eligible Costs Developer incurred in designing and/or construction the Subject Facilities.

Fee Credits shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.18 of this Agreement.

Examples of Fee Credits in a sentence

• Failure to perform in a manner which equals or exceeds the Service Levels shall result in fee credits ("Fee Credits") or the Funds' right to terminate this Agreement, as set forth in the Service Level Agreement.

• All Fee Credits are to be aggregated where there are instances of not meeting objectives in respect to two or more different services.

• With respect to any Month, if Computershare shall owe a Service Fee Credit amount pursuant to the terms of this KPI Document, such Service Fee Credit(s) shall be included on the Subsequent Invoice.

• Computershare’s obligation to pay any Service Fee Credits shall be determined, and if owed, calculated, with respect to individual Months.

• Option for In-Kind Provision of Community Improvements and Fee Credits.

• Road Impact Fee Credits can be applied to extend the Final Certificate of Concurrency.

• This Agreement is not intended to modify or amend in any way the rights and obligations defined in the PFE Policy, the IFP or the DA related to the construction of PFE projects and earned PFE Fee Credits.

• Xxxx or successor in interest to the Property, upon construction of such qualifying transportation improvement, shall be eligible to apply for Transportation Impact Fee Credits, but only if such improvements are eligible for Credits under the County’s applicable Capital Facilities Plan and Transportation Impact Fee programs.
