Film Production definition

Film Production means the photographing, filming creation and production of a Commercial or Motion Picture and includes all preparation activities, set up, dismantling, removal or restoration activities in connection with the Film Production;
Film Production means a Production that is intended to be exploited theatrically and specifically excludes a Television Production.
Film Production means to produce for sale or commercial exploitation any film, and includes the organization and preparation for such production, directing and operating of cameras, and “produce a film” shall have a corresponding meaning;

  • Producer shall submit to the Guild, no later than thirty (30) days after the last shoot day, the AICP Film Production Cost Summary.

  • A Low Budget commercial is defined as a commercial whose total costs as set forth on the AICP Film Production Cost Summary do not exceed $75,000 for a one-day shoot, or $150,000 for a two-day shoot or $225,000 for a three-day shoot.

  • Producer must submit to the Union, no later than thirty (30) days after the last shoot day, the AICP Film Production Cost Summary.

  • Contractor shall comply with all conditions to approval or use guidelines set forth in the Film SF Identification Page and Locations Page, the General Guidelines and Information for Filming in San Francisco attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit B, the San Francisco Police Department Film Production Guidelines attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit C, or as otherwise required by City.

  • No commercial products, services or corporate names may be referenced or shown in PSAs. A Low Budget Commercial is defined as a commercial whose costs (excluding “Editorial and Finishing”, “Talent Costs” & “Talent Expenses”) as set forth in the AICP Film Production Cost Summary does not exceed $100,000 per shoot day and the total cost does not exceed $500,000.00.


More Definitions of Film Production

Film Production means one or more Filming Events which are intended to form or be part of a feature film, television film, television program or series, documentary, paid advertisement, including a commercial, music video, educational film, including the pre- production activities associated therewith;
Film Production means the full range of activities supportive of the development of motion-picture media content for general public or limited audiences, not including news media or personal use.

Film Production means a Production that is intended to be exploited theatrically and specifically excludes a Television Production. “Free Television” means (a) exhibition over television broadcast stations, whether network stations or independent stations, where no charge is made to the viewer and/or (b) exhibition by means of satellite or cable television for which subscribing members of the public may pay for the transmission service provided by the satellite or cable system, but do not otherwise pay a premium for the programming transmitted by the satellite or cable system. “Funded Qualifying Project” shall mean any Qualifying Project in which the Revenue Participation Holders have purchased a Revenue Participation. “GAAP” shall mean generally accepted accounting principles in the United States of America in effect from time to time consistently applied (except for accounting changes in response to FASB releases, or other authoritative pronouncements). 4
Film Production means a film production of a book or books of the Bible on a word-for-word basis based upon Visual's current or future licensed rights and ancillary exploitation of the same; "GHD" means ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇; "Senior Management" means the President and Chief Executive Officer of Visual or if that person is unavailable, such other senior officer or director of Visual as that person may designate in advance by notice in writing to the Consultant as "Senior Management" for the purposes of this Agreement; "Services" shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in paragraph 2 hereof; and "Term" means the "Initial Term" and all "Renewal Terms" as defined in paragraph 4 hereof.
Film Production means and include all activity attendant to staging or shooting motion pictures, television shows or programs, and commercials.
