Film Production definition

Film Production means a Production that is intended to be exploited theatrically and specifically excludes a Television Production.
Film Production means the photographing, filming creation and production of a Commercial or Motion Picture and includes all preparation activities, set up, dismantling, removal or restoration activities in connection with the Film Production;
Film Production means one or more Filming Events which are intended to form or be part of a feature film, television film, television program or series, documentary, paid advertisement, including a commercial, music video, educational film, including the pre- production activities associated therewith;

Film Production means the full range of activities supportive of the development of motion-picture media content for general public or limited audiences, not including news media or personal use.
