Final Check definition

Final Check means ensuring that:
Final Check shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1 of Appendix 2E.
Final Check means the verification of the accuracy and completeness of a filled prescription order by the permit holder or a physician assistant who has been delegated full dispensing authority before the drug is dispensed to the patient.

  • All Maintenance Checks, including the Final Check, shall be accomplished only at Approved Maintenance Organisations which shall be approved by Lessor, acting reasonably, in writing prior to the commencement of such Maintenance Check, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld.

  • The Aircraft shall not have been operated in revenue service since completion of the Final Check.

  • The Final Check shall be performed by an Approved Maintenance Organisation approved by Lessor.

  • Lessee shall give Lessor not less than ten (10) Business Days’ prior written notice of the commencement date of such Final Check.

Related to Final Check

  • Self-Check means an integrated function that checks for a system failure on a continuous basis at least while the system is active.

  • E-Check means any check which You authorize the payee to process electronically. For joint accounts, read singular pronouns in the plural.

  • User seal check or "fit check" means an action conducted by the respirator user to determine if the respirator is properly seated to the face. Examples include negative pressure check, positive pressure check, irritant smoke check, or isoamyl acetate check.

  • Baggage Check means those portions of the Ticket which relate to the carriage of your Checked Baggage.

  • Legal Charge means the legal charge over the Land to be entered into by the Academy Trust in favour of the Secretary of State, in a form and substance satisfactory to the Secretary of State.
