Final Plans and Specifications Amendment Certificate definition

Final Plans and Specifications Amendment Certificate means, with respect to a Project, an Officers’ Certificate from the applicable Borrower in the form attached hereto as Exhibit F, together with the Construction Manager’s certificate, Construction Consultant’s confirmation form, and Architect’s certificate as provided in Exhibits 1, 2 and 3 of Exhibit F.
Final Plans and Specifications Amendment Certificate means an Officer’s Certificate from the Borrower substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit G. “Force Majeure Event” means any of the following events that causes a delay in the development, construction, equipping or opening of the Project, but only to the extent that the Borrower has used reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact of the delay, and Borrower has given the Disbursement Agent and the Administrative Agent written notice of its intent to claim that a Force Majeure Event will delay construction of the Project (together with a statement setting forth in reasonable detail the basis of such claim) within thirty (30) days after the occurrence of such Force Majeure Event: (a) an “Act of God” (such as tornado, flood, hurricane, etc.); (b) fires or other casualties; (c) strikes, lockouts or other labor disturbances (except to the extent taking place at the Project site only); (d) riots, insurrections or civil commotions; (

  • Plans and Specifications means the plans, drawings and specifications reasonably necessary to properly assess and review proposed Work prior to issuance of any approval that may be required under this Agreement;

  • Construction Completion Certificate means a certificate of the I-Bank to the effect that the construction of the Project is complete.

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • Space Plan means the space plan to be prepared by Tenant in accordance with paragraph 2 below and approved by Landlord and Tenant, and showing the general configuration of the Tenant Improvements.

  • Design-Build Agreement means the design and construction agreement between Project Co and the Design-Builder, a certified copy of which has been delivered by Project Co to the Authority, as amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time in accordance with this Agreement;

  • Construction Budget means the fully-budgeted costs for the acquisition and construction of a given parcel of real property (including, without limitation, the cost of acquiring such parcel of real property, reserves for construction interest and operating deficits, tenant improvements, leasing commissions, and infrastructure costs) as reasonably determined by the Parent in good faith.

  • Architect’s Contract means Lessee's contract with the Project Architect.

  • Construction Agreement means the proposed building agreement between the Company and a proposed builder substantially in the form of the draft agreement a copy of which has been signed on behalf of the Authority and the Company for the purposes of identification;

  • Construction Plans means plans, drawings, specifications and related documents, and construction schedules for the construction of the Project, together with all supplements, amendments or corrections, submitted by the Developer and approved by the City in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Certificate of Completion means the certificate of completion given by the Engineer-in- charge pursuant to clause 40 of these conditions;

  • Construction sign means a sign which identifies the architect, engineers, contractors and other individuals or firms involved with the construction of a building, or announces the character of the building or enterprise, which is erected during the building construction period.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Contract Amendment means a written document signed by the Procurement Officer that is issued for the purpose of making changes in the Contract.

  • Final Completion Certificate has the meaning set forth in Section 11.6.

  • Final Plans with respect to any particular work or improvement means Plans which (i) have received final approval from all governmental authorities required to approve such Plans prior to completion of the work or improvements and (ii) contain sufficient specificity to permit the completion of the work or improvement.

  • Standard Specifications means a compilation in book form of specifica- tions approved for general application and repetitive use;

  • Completion Certificate means the certificate to be issued by the Engineer-in- Charge when the work/s have been completed to his satisfaction as per terms of the contract.

  • Construction Agreements means agreements to which Tenant is a party for Construction Work, rehabilitation, alteration, repair, replacement or demolition performed pursuant to this Lease.

  • Construction Contract or “contract” means a written agreement between a contractor and a public agency for the construction, alteration, demolition, or repair of a facility, other than a contract having a dollar value of less than $30,000.00 or a contract that provides for 3 or fewer payments.

  • TENDER SPECIFICATION means “Specific conditions, technical specifications, appendices, site information and drawing pertaining to the work in which the tenderers are required to submit their offer. Individual specification number will be assigned to each tender specification.

  • Substantial Completion Certificate means the certificate issued and approved by the Authority indicating the date upon which the Trade Contractor Work (or a designated portion thereof) is Substantially Complete.

  • Site Plan means a document or map that may be required by a county during a preliminary review preceding the issuance of a building permit to demonstrate that an owner's or developer's proposed development activity meets a land use requirement.

  • TENDER SPECIFICATIONS means the Scope of Work, Special Instructions / Conditions, Technical specifications/requirement , Appendices, Site Information and drawings pertaining to the work and any other relevant reference in the Tender Document for which the Bidder are required to submit their offer.

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Administrative permit amendment means an air quality operating permit revision that:

  • Construction Completion Date means the Completion Date of the Construction as specified in the Statutory Declaration of Completion for the Project;
