Final project approval definition

Final project approval means approval of the final stormwater management plan and erosion and sediment control plan required to construct a project’s stormwater management facilities, including the securing of bonding and financing.
Final project approval means that the appropriate local authority has approved the final erosion and sediment control plan for the project’s stormwater facilities ,and approved the final stormwater management plan, and, if applicable, bonding and/or financing has been secured based on the final plans for the development.

Final project approval means the date on which the last of the Members obtains the approval of its board of directors to proceed with the construction of the Project.
