Final Project Completion Date definition

Final Project Completion Date means the date which is twenty-four (24) months after the Commencement Date.
Final Project Completion Date means the date by which all Components of the Project are expected to be completed;
Final Project Completion Date means the date that the Final Telesat XXX Project is completed and [redacted – commercially sensitive information] Satellites shall have been Delivered (as defined in the MDA Agreement) and/or launched (recognizing that some Satellites may be held in reserve as ground spares and not launched) and the constellation shall be Operational.

More Definitions of Final Project Completion Date

Final Project Completion Date means the date by which Borrower shall cause to occur the completion of the Guaranteed Scope of Work, in accordance with the Design/Build Agreement and PAL Lease but no later than the earlier of (i) subject to extension for Force majeure and Excusable Delay, the day prior to the thirty-seventh (37th) month anniversary of the date of this Agreement; provided, however, that such date shall be extended every month thereafter (but in no event beyond September 1, 2013) by Borrower, so long as cash flow derived from the Project and paid in accordance with the Lock Box Agreement is sufficient to satisfy Borrower’s payment obligations under the Senior Note and Junior Note as determined by Lender in its sole discretion; and (ii) September 1, 2013.
Final Project Completion Date has the meaning set forth in the Lease.
Final Project Completion Date shall be: Sixty (60) days after the Substantial Completion Date. The Final Project Completion Date occurs when the Project is 100% completed.
Final Project Completion Date has the meaning given to such term in Paragraph B.1 of Appendix I (Construction Covenants and Disbursement Procedures).

Related to Final Project Completion Date

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • project completion period means the period of sixty (60) months commencing from and expiring on for the construction and obtaining of Temporary Occupation Permit or Permits for the whole of the Development as provided in clause 3.3;

  • Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.

Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Phase 1 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation; (2) construction of the Proposed Line; (3) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Lines 971 and 000 xxxxx xx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx xx the NYSEG ROW to allow for construction of the Proposed Line as intended; (4) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to accept the Proposed Line; and (5) National Grid’s conveyance to NYSEG of the NYSEG Acquired ROW and such other land interests as contemplated by the Purchase and Sale Agreement.

  • Construction Completion Certificate means a certificate of the I-Bank to the effect that the construction of the Project is complete.

  • Project Commencement Date means the commencement date notified to the Minister pursuant to clause 4(1);

  • Completion Schedule means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract;

  • Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the unit referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Completion Period means the period starting from the date of issue of "Order" and required to complete the work in all respect.

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Outside Completion Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.3(d).

  • Construction Budget means the fully-budgeted costs for the acquisition and construction of a given parcel of real property (including, without limitation, the cost of acquiring such parcel of real property, reserves for construction interest and operating deficits, tenant improvements, leasing commissions, and infrastructure costs) as reasonably determined by the Parent in good faith.

  • Improvement completion assurance means a surety bond, letter of credit,
