Final Trading Date means the date specified by the Issuer in relation to any WT Securities pursuant to Condition 9.1.

(V) "Disposition Period": the period beginning with the Commencement Day, and continuing up to and including the Final Settlement Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Disposition Period shall not be less than 15 days and Party A shall, in effecting sales, observe the volume constraints prescribed by Rule 10b-18 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 as if those constraints applied to sales of securities.
