Finished Product Unit definition

Finished Product Unit means a copy of a Software Title in object code form that has passed Certification, has been affixed to a DVD disk and approved by Microsoft for release and manufacturing. Once the Packaging Materials have been added, and the BTS has been assigned or affixed to the FPU or its packaging, the FPU also includes its accompanying BTS and Packaging Materials.
Finished Product Unit means a DVD-9 copy, in software object code only, of a Software Title, in whole or in part.
Finished Product Unit means fully packaged Microsoft Product, which includes all requisite Product Components and Microsoft software, ready for delivery to a Customer.

Examples of Finished Product Unit in a sentence

  • Licensee's use of the Licensed Trademarks (including without limitation in Finished Product Unit and Art & Marketing Materials) shall comply with the Branding Specifications in Exhibit C.

  • In each Software Title, and on each Finished Product Unit (and the packaging therefor), Licensee shall incorporate the Licensed Trademarks and include credit and acknowledgement to Microsoft as set forth in the Branding Specifications and the Xbox Guide.

  • Marihuana-infused product means a topical formulation, tincture, beverage, edible substance, or similar product containing marihuana and other ingredients and that is intended for human consumption.

  • Royalty-Bearing Product means (a) any Product that is not a Co-Developed Product and (b) any Co-Developed Product to the extent sold outside of the Co-Development Territory.

  • Product Manufacturer means the entity that assembles the component parts to manufacture the final Product;
