Fire Station Building definition

Fire Station Building means a building constructed to City specifications, suitable for the operation of a fire station company. The term “Fire Station Building” also includes all necessary site improvements needed for the operation of the fire station company, including but not limited to: (a) utility connections for water service, sewer service, electrical and communications; (b) street frontage improvements including curb, gutter, sidewalk, driveways; or (c) landscaping, walls, fencing, exterior lighting, and paved areas for parking, vehicle access and operational use.
Fire Station Building means the fire station building to be constructed on the Fire Station Property, as the same may be improved as part of the Fire Station Project.
