First Business Plan definition

First Business Plan means the outline business plan for the first Financial Year of the operation of the Board contained in appendix 4 of the Constitution; means the Freedom of Information ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and any subordinate legislation (as defined in section 84 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000) made under the Freedom of Information ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ from time to time, together with any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner in relation to such Act;
