Fiscal and purchase charges definition

Fiscal and purchase charges means all stamp and other duties, taxes, governmental charges, brokerage, commissions, bank charges, transfer fees, registration fees and other duties and charges whether in connection with the constitution of the deposited property of the Trust or the increase of the deposited property of the Trust or the creation, issue, sale, exchange or purchase of Units or the sale or purchase of Authorised Investments or otherwise which may have become or may be payable in respect of or prior to or upon the occasion of the transaction or dealing in respect of which such duties and charges are payable but does not include commissions payable to agents on sales and repurchases of Units.
Fiscal and purchase charges means, inter alia, all stamp and other duties, taxes (including GST), governmental charges, brokerage, commissions, bank charges, transfer fees, registration fees and other duties and charges in connection with the issue and purchase of Units but does not include commissions payable to agents on sales and repurchases of Units.

  • Dilution adjustment The Trust is single priced and may fall in value due to various factors such as the Fiscal and purchase charges and the Fiscal and sale charges incurred in the purchase and sale of Authorised Investments and the spread between the buying and selling prices of such Authorised Investments caused by subscriptions and/or realisations of Units.

  • Fiscal and purchase charges will be taken into account in determining Issue Prices, and fiscal and sales charges will be taken into account when determining Redemption Prices.

Related to Fiscal and purchase charges

  • Schedule of Charges means the schedule as seen in clause Schedule of Charges;

  • Bond Service Charges means principal, including mandatory sinking fund requirements for retirement of obligations, and interest, and redemption premium, if any, required to be paid by the authority on obligations.

  • Variable Charge means the charge that varies according to kgtm and is calculated in accordance with the formula set out in paragraph 2.2.1, summed across all Services;

  • Maintenance Fee The Maintenance Fee (see Contract Schedule I) will be deducted during the Accumulation Period from the Current Value on each anniversary of the date the Account is established and upon surrender of the entire Account.

  • Monthly Fee means the total consideration, including but not limited to, equipment or locker rental,

  • Track Charges means the charges payable by or on behalf of the Train Operator to Network Rail, as set out in paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 7 or under the Traction Electricity Rules;

  • Basic Rent Payment Date means the Delivery Date, and the numerically corresponding day in each calendar month thereafter during the Term, and if such day is not a Business Day, then the immediately preceding calendar day which is a Business Day.

  • Maintenance Fees means the non-refundable fees payable annually by Licensee to OT for Support Services;

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.
