Flexible Ongoing Support definition

Flexible Ongoing Support means the provision of Program Services to a Participant to maintain the Participant’s Employment, Unsubsidised Self‐Employment, Apprenticeship or Traineeship, in accordance with the Disability Employment Services Agreement and any Guidelines.
Flexible Ongoing Support means the provision of Program Services to a Participant to maintain the Participant’s Employment, Unsubsidised Self‐Employment, Apprenticeship or Traineeship, in accordance with the NSDEP Deed and any Guidelines.

  • The Provider may claim a Flexible Ongoing Support Fee in relation to a Participant by the Provider submitting a claim in the Department's IT Systems.

Related to Flexible Ongoing Support

  • qualifying support means income support to which that person is entitled by virtue of paragraph 14B of Schedule 1B to the Income Support (General) Regulations 1987; and

  • Medical Child Support Order means any judgment, decree or order (including approval of a domestic relations settlement agreement) issued by a court of competent jurisdiction that:

  • Helpdesk Support means the 24x7x365 centre which shall handle Fault reporting, Trouble Ticketing and related enquiries during this contract.

  • Financial Support means any loans, guarantees, Security or other financial assistance (whether actual or contingent).

  • First Level Support means any support relating to calls from Customer’s customers, end users or affiliates or general resolution of user errors, network errors, provisioning errors or Internet delays or malfunctions.

  • Distribution Services means the service of distribution, as defined in section 5 of the Act;

  • Level 2 Support means, with the use of technical support specialists: (i) performing Defect isolation, Defect replication and interoperability testing; (ii) performing remote diagnostic services and on-site troubleshooting, if required; (iii) identifying the source of Defects; (iv) developing a reproducible test case for any Defect and documenting the details of such Defect for escalation to Level 3 Support; and (v) developing and implementing Workarounds where reasonably possible.

  • Spousal support order means a support order for a spouse or former spouse of the obligor.

  • payment initiation service means a service to initiate a payment order at the request of the payment service user with respect to a payment account held at another payment service provider;

  • Convention support order means a support order of a tribunal of a foreign country described in section 102(e)(iv).

  • Support Plan means a service offering that sets out the level of service entitlements purchased by Customer as described in detail in the Agreement.

  • Restructuring Support Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Distribution Service means the delivery of electricity to Customers by the Distribution Company.

  • Technical Support means the technical assistance for attempting resolution of a reported Case through error correction, patches, hot fixes, workarounds, replacement deliveries, or any other type of Product corrections or modifications.

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Payment Plan means the schedule of payment prescribed in Schedule C;
