Examples of Floating Rate Commencement Date in a sentence
Commencing on the Floating Rate Commencement Date and on each subsequent Interest Reset Date, the rate at which interest on such Fixed Rate/Floating Rate Note shall be payable shall be reset as of such Floating Rate Commencement Date and as of each Interest Reset Date and shall be determined by reference to the applicable Interest Rate Basis (i) plus or minus the applicable Spread, if any, and/or (ii) multiplied by the applicable Spread Multiplier, if any.
Floating Rate Commencement Date has the meaning given in the relevant Pricing Supplement.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Floating Rate Commencement Date in respect of the Second Further Notes is 1 April 2006 and in respect of the Third Further Notes is 1 April 2007.
The Notes bear interest on their principal amount from (and including) the Floating Rate Commencement Date at the applicable Floating Rate of Interest, such interest being, subject as provided in Condition 6(g), payable in arrear on each Interest Payment Date.
