Force Majeure Assistance Period definition

Force Majeure Assistance Period means, with respect to any Force Majeure Assisted Receivable, the period from and including the first day of the Collection Period during which the first payment that would have otherwise been due on such Force Majeure Assisted Receivable is deferred or collection efforts with respect thereto are forborne pursuant to the terms of a Force Majeure Assistance Program through the last day of the Collection Period during which the last payment that would have otherwise been due on such Force Majeure Assisted Receivable is deferred or collection efforts with respect thereto are forborne pursuant to the terms of a Force Majeure Assistance Program.
Force Majeure Assistance Period means, with respect to any Force Majeure Assisted Receivable, the period from and including the first day of the collection period during which the first payment that would have otherwise been due on such Force Majeure Assisted Receivable is deferred or collection efforts with respect thereto are forborne pursuant to the terms of a Force Majeure Assistance Program through the last day of the collection period during which the last payment that would have otherwise been due on such Force Majeure Assisted Receivable is deferred or collection efforts with respect thereto are forborne pursuant to the terms of a Force Majeure Assistance Program.

Related to Force Majeure Assistance Period

  • Termination Assistance Period means the period commencing upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement and each Statement of Work and expiring six (6) months thereafter, as such period may be extended by the Parties.

  • Force Majeure means an event beyond the control of the supplier and not involving the supplier’s fault or negligence and not foreseeable. Such events may include, but is not restricted to, acts of the purchaser in its sovereign capacity, wars or revolutions, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions and freight embargoes.

  • Force Majeure Event means an event beyond the affected party’s reasonable control, including (without limitation) accidents, severe weather events, acts of God, actions of any government agency, epidemic, pandemic, acts of terrorism, or the stability or availability of the Internet or a portion thereof.

  • Event of Force Majeure means one of the following events:

  • Dependent care assistance program or "DCAP" means a benefit plan whereby school employees may pay for certain employment related dependent care with pretax dollars as provided in the salary reduction plan under chapter 41.05 RCW pursuant to 26 U.S.C. Sec. 129 or other sections of the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Planned Service Interruption means a Service Interruption that has been scheduled to occur in accordance with Schedule 5;

  • Unplanned Service Interruption means any Service Interruption where events or circumstances prevent the timely communication of prior warning or notice to the Trader or any affected Customer;

  • Employee Assistance Program means an established program for employee assessment, counseling, and referral to an alcohol and drug rehabilitation program.
