Foreign Company Benefit Plan definition

Foreign Company Benefit Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.15(e).
Foreign Company Benefit Plan means any Company Benefit Plan primarily maintained for the benefit of employees and former employees in jurisdictions other than the United States. To the extent practicable, the Company shall provide and deliver to Parent a list of Foreign Company Benefit Plans as soon as practicable following the date hereof.

  • No fact or circumstance exists that could adversely affect the tax-preferred or tax exempt status of any Foreign Company Benefit Plan.
