All such Additional Mortgages shall be granted pursuant to documentation substantially in the form of a relevant existing Mortgage (or, in the case of Additional Mortgaged Properties located in a jurisdiction outside the United States, the relevant Foreign Security Agreement covering Real Property located in such jurisdiction (if any) delivered to the Administrative Agent on the Initial Borrowing Date) or in such other form as is reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
Each Secured Party hereby irrevocably authorizes JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Administrative Agent, to exercise such rights, remedies, powers and discretions as are specifically delegated to it by the terms of any Foreign Security Agreement governed by English law, together with all such rights, remedies, powers and discretions as are reasonably incidental thereto.

All security documentation to be executed and delivered by the Foreign Credit Parties pursuant to the immediately preceding sentence (each, as amended, modified, restated and/or supplemented from time to time, a "Foreign Security Agreement" and, collectively, the "Foreign Security Agreements") shall (i) be prepared by local counsel reasonably satisfactory to the Agents, (ii) be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Agents and (iii) be in full force and effect on the Initial Borrowing Date.
