Formal Grievance Process definition

Formal Grievance Process means the process encompassing all procedures outlined in this Policy to examine and resolve a Student Grievance. This process begins with the submission of a Formal Grievance Submission Form.

Examples of Formal Grievance Process in a sentence

  • All of the Loans which bear interest with reference to a particular Adjusted LIBOR for a particular Interest Period shall constitute a single LIBOR Portion.

  • The employee and/or Union grievant may advance the grievance to the Formal Grievance Process if the employee is not able to resolve the grievance using the Informal Grievance Process.

  • If a mutual agreement has not been reached within twenty (20) working days of the initiation of the informal grievance process, the WVMFT, AFT 6554 Grievance Officer shall notify the Associate Vice Chancellor of Human Resources that the grievance is being moved to the Formal Grievance Process.

  • All actions involving the Formal Grievance Process and State 22 Hearings shall be properly documented.

Related to Formal Grievance Process

  • Grievance Procedure is used in this Agreement, it shall be considered as including the arbitration procedure.

  • Grievance means a complaint in writing that an employee, group of employees, or the Union submits to management, to be processed through the grievance procedure.

  • Complaints Procedure means the School's procedure for handling complaints from parents, as amended from time to time for legal or other substantive reasons, or in order to assist the proper administration of the School. It does not form part of the contract between you and the School. A copy of the most up-to-date procedure is on the School's website and is otherwise available from the School at any time upon request;

  • Grievance System means the overall system that includes:

  • Group Grievance is defined as a single grievance, signed by a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or a Union Representative on behalf of a group of employee who have the same complaint. Such grievances must be dealt with at successive stages of the Grievance Procedure commencing with Step 1. The grievors shall be listed on the grievance form.
