Foundation Customer definition

Foundation Customer means a Shipper that has provided the revenue support for the initial Header System and Pipeline System as they existed on the in- service date of those facilities pursuant to a Contract(s) for Firm Service that has a term of twenty (20) Years or longer.

Foundation Customer means the customers that entered into Foundation Customer Contracts on or before 15 December 2005.
