Franchised Hotel means a hotel in the United States that (1) operates under one of the Brands pursuant to a franchise license agreement with HWI (or a subsidiary of HWI); (2) is not an Owned Hotel; and (3) is not a Managed Hotel.

  • To the extent permitted by the Hotel’s policy at a reasonable additional cost, if any, and only with regard to the financed equipment, such Owned Hotel, Managed Hotel or Franchised Hotel shall add Roomlinx as an additional insured on its insurance policies and provide a certificate of insurance to Roomlinx.

Related to Franchised Hotel

  • Franchise Area means the entire geographic area within the City as it is now constituted or may in the future be constituted.

  • Hotel means any establishment used for the purpose of temporary, overnight lodging for which a fee is paid and reservations are required.

  • Hotels means the hotel properties described in Exhibit A hereto, as it may be amended from time to time by mutual agreement of Lessee and Operator to add hotel properties or to delete hotel properties as a result of termination of this Agreement with respect to one or more hotel properties pursuant to the termination provisions set forth in this Agreement. “Hotel” shall mean any hotel set forth on Exhibit A as it may be amended from time to time.

  • Franchisee means a person to whom a franchise is granted.
