Managed Hotel definition

Managed Hotel means hotels managed by a three star or above hotel/ hotel chain under an operating management contract for a duration of at least three years between operating hotel/ hotel chain and hotel being managed. Management contract must necessarily cover the entire gamut of operations/ management of managed hotel.
Managed Hotel means any hotel that is managed by any Group Company and is not owned or leased by any of the Group Companies.
Managed Hotel means a hotel in the United States that is operated by HWI (or one of its subsidiaries) pursuant to a management agreement with the third party owner of the real estate and improvements (including joint ventures in which HWI or an affiliate may hold a 50% or less ownership interest together with third parties), even if the third party owner also has a franchise agreement with HWI (or one of its subsidiaries).

  • No later than 180 days after the Consent Decree Date and for the term of this Consent Decree, every Brand Hotel that is an Owned Hotel, Managed Hotel, or Joint Venture Hotel shall identify one on-site ADA Contact Person to the ADA Compliance Officer.

  • In respect of a Managed Hotel, Dalata shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that the general manager and the revenue manager of such Managed Hotel (or persons holding equivalent functions) (and all persons of whatever title and role acting on their behalf) shall not provide Managed Hotel Competitively Sensitive Information to Dalata or to any employee, representative or agent of Dalata.

  • Dalata hereby undertakes that it shall not discuss with the owner of or with any employee, representative or agent of the Managed Hotel any Dalata Competitively Sensitive Information.

  • Dalata shall not request (and shall not permit its employees, agents or representatives to request) from the Managed Hotel’s general manager or revenue manager (or any other employee, representative or agent of such Managed Hotel) any Managed Hotel Competitively Sensitive Information.

  • In the event an MHR group member ceases to operate a Managed Hotel, personal data of guests will need to be shared with the owner of the hotel or its designated management company in order to ensure that future bookings are honoured.

  • The UK team administers a fleet of about 1,800 rail freight vehicles.

  • Dalata also hereby undertakes that it shall prohibit any of its employees, representatives or agents from discussing any Dalata Competitively Sensitive Information with the owner of or with any employee, representative or agent of the Managed Hotel.

The management contract must necessarily cover the entire gamut of operations/ management of the managed hotel.
Managed Hotel means a hotel in the State, and in particular in Cork City, Dublin City, Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown, Fingal, Galway City, Limerick City or South County Dublin, which Dalata would be appointed to manage for the first time, under a management contract, by a party who is independent of Dalata (i.e., a third party) during the Term;
Managed Hotel means any Marriott System Hotel owned by Marriott, and/or any Marriott System Hotel operated by Marriott under a management agreement with a third- party owner.
Managed Hotel means any Hotel located in the United States of America owned or ground leased by any Person other than a Loan Party or a Subsidiary or Affiliate thereof which is managed by Borrower or a Borrower Subsidiary pursuant to a Management Agreement.
Managed Hotel means each of the Days Inn, Inner Harbor and the Knights Inn, West Palm Beach, owned by third parties, not Affiliates of Xxxx and Yeaggy.
