Front End Compensation definition

Front End Compensation means compensation charged to the borrower that inures to the benefit of the mortgage broker and the mortgage company for which the mortgage broker is an officer, partner, member, contractor, independent contractor, exclusive agent or employee.

Examples of Front End Compensation in a sentence

  • This Agreement shall become effective on the earliest date (the “Effective Date”) that each of the following has occurred: 8.1 Agent has received counterpart originals of this Agreement executed by all Borrower Parties listed on the signature page(s) hereof.
