Funding Programs definition

Funding Programs means the Department’s Funding Program(s) under which Approved Funding has been provided.
Funding Programs means the 5G (ENCQOR) Program, the IBM Innovation Incubator Program and the NGNP Program.
Funding Programs has the meaning given in Section 5.1. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) means such accepted accounting practice as conforms at the time to generally accepted accounting principles to public agencies in the United States of America, consistently applied.

  • Buyer shall comply with all Applicable Laws permitting it to collect taxes or other charges from Users and/or requiring it to make payments to Funding Programs.

More Definitions of Funding Programs

Funding Programs refer to the Program(s) providing Loan funding as specifically set forth in Section 1 of Exhibit E of this Agreement.

Related to Funding Programs

  • Education program means any program that is principally engaged in the provision of education, including, but not limited to, early childhood education, elementary and secondary education, postsecondary education, special education, job training, career and technical education, and adult education, and any program that is administered by an educational agency or institution.
