Funding Target Attainment Percentage definition

Funding Target Attainment Percentage has the meaning specified in section 430(d) of the Code, without regard to any election to maintain funding balances under section 430(f) of the Code.

More Definitions of Funding Target Attainment Percentage

Funding Target Attainment Percentage means, for a Plan Year, the ratio (expressed as a percentage) which: (a) the value of Plan assets for the Plan Year, reduced by any prefunding balance (as defined in Code Section 430(f)(6)) and any funding standard carryover balance (as defined in Code Section 430(f)(7)), bears to (b) the present value of all benefits accrued or earned under the Plan as of the beginning of the Plan Year. Notwithstanding the foregoing, (1) the amounts in Subsections (a) and (b) of this Section shall be increased by the aggregate amount of purchases of annuities for Employees other than highly compensated employees (within the meaning of Code Section 414(q)) which were made by the Plan during the two Plan Years preceding the year for which the Funding Target Attainment Percentage is being determined, and (2) the amount in Subsection (a) shall be increased by any security provided by a Plan Sponsor consisting of (A) a bond issued by a corporate surety company that is an acceptable surety for purposes of Section 412 of ERISA, (B) cash, or United States obligations which mature in 3 years or less, held in escrow by a bank or similar financial institution, or (C) such other form of security as is satisfactory to the Secretary of the Treasury and the parties involved.”
Funding Target Attainment Percentage shall have the same meaning given that term by Code §430(d)(2), except as otherwise provided herein. However, in the case of Plan Years beginning in 2008, the funding target attainment percentage for the preceding Plan Year may be determined using such methods of estimation as the Secretary may provide.

Funding Target Attainment Percentage means the “funding target attainment percentage” within the meaning of Section 430(d)(2) of the Code.

Related to Funding Target Attainment Percentage

  • Achievement Percentage means the percentage of achievement determined by the Committee after the end of the Performance Cycle in accordance with Section 4 that reflects the extent to which the Company achieved the Performance Goals during the Performance Cycle.

  • Payout Percentage means the percentage (between 0% and 200%) determined by the Committee in accordance with the procedures set forth in Paragraph 2, which shall be used to determine the value of each Performance Unit.

  • Performance Percentage means the factor determined pursuant to a Performance Schedule that is to be applied to a Target Award and that reflects actual performance compared to the Performance Target.

  • Funding Percentage means with respect to any Payment Date, the percentage derived from the fraction the numerator of which is the Pre-Funded Amount and the denominator of which is the sum of the aggregate Principal Balance of Receivables transferred to the Trust and the Pre-Funded Amount, in each case, as of the last day of the related Collection Period.

  • Target Percentage means those percentages assigned to Participants pursuant to Section 3.2 hereof.

  • Asset Percentage has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b)(ii).

  • Funded Percentage means, with respect to any Lender at any time, a percentage equal to a fraction the numerator of which is the amount actually disbursed and outstanding to Borrower by such Lender at such time and the denominator of which is the total amount disbursed and outstanding to Borrower by all of the Lenders at such time.

  • Vesting Percentage means the percentage by which the Target Total Award is multiplied as set forth in the chart in Section II below.

  • Participation Percentages means the percentage of the total actual project costs that will be contributed by the OPWC, not to exceed the maximum dollar contribution of the OPWC identified in this Project Agreement, and the percentage of the total actual project costs that will be contributed by the Recipient. Both of the percentages are identified in Appendix D. In the event that the total actual project costs exceed the estimated project costs identified in Appendix D, the Local Subdivision Participation Percentage will increase to reflect the cost overrun, while the OPWC percentage contribution will decrease recognizing that there is a maximum dollar contribution from the OPWC which is identified in this Project Agreement.

  • Participation Percentage means the rounded percentage of the total actual Project costs that will be contributed by the OPWC, not to exceed the maximum dollar contribution of the OPWC identified in this Project Agreement, and the rounded percentage of the total actual Project costs that will be contributed by the Recipient. Both percentages are identified in Appendix B. If the total actual Project costs exceed the estimated Project costs identified in Appendix B, the Local Subdivision Participation Percentage will increase to reflect the cost overrun, while the OPWC percentage contribution will decrease recognizing that there is a maximum dollar contribution from the OPWC which is identified in this Project Agreement.

  • M5 Target Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the product of (i) 86.20% and (ii) the Aggregate Pool Balance for such Distribution Date determined as of the last day of the related Collection Period and (b) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Aggregate Pool Balance for such Distribution Date determined as of the last day of the related Collection Period exceeds (ii) the Targeted Overcollateralization Amount.

  • Target Bonus Percentage means, with respect to any Executive, the target bonus percentage specified for such Executive in his or her Employment Agreement.

  • Final Payment Percentage is five percent (5.00%).

  • Sharing Percentage means, with respect to any Member, a percentage, expressed as a fraction the numerator of which is the number of Units held by such Member and the denominator of which is the aggregate number of Units held by all Members.

  • M4 Target Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the product of (i) 84.30% and (ii) the Aggregate Pool Balance for such Distribution Date determined as of the last day of the related Collection Period and (b) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Aggregate Pool Balance for such Distribution Date determined as of the last day of the related Collection Period exceeds (ii) the Targeted Overcollateralization Amount.

  • Investment Percentage means a percentage established for each Partner on the Partnership’s books as of the first day of each Fiscal Period. The Investment Percentage of a Partner for a Fiscal Period will be determined by dividing the balance of the Partner’s Capital Account as of the commencement of the Fiscal Period by the sum of the Capital Accounts of all of the Partners as of the commencement of the Fiscal Period. The sum of the Investment Percentages of all Partners for each Fiscal Period will equal 100%.

  • M2 Target Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the product of (i) 81.50% and (ii) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date and (b) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date exceeds (ii) 0.50% of the Cut-off Date Balance.

  • Threshold Percentage means 15%.

  • M1 Target Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the product of (i) 70.00% and (ii) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date and (b) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date exceeds (ii) 0.50% of the Cut-off Date Balance.

  • Shift Percentage As to any Distribution Date occurring during the five years beginning on the first Distribution Date, 0%. For any Distribution Date occurring on or after the fifth anniversary of the first Distribution Date as follows: for any Distribution Date in the first year thereafter, 30%; for any Distribution Date in the second year thereafter, 40%; for any Distribution Date in the third year thereafter, 60%; for any Distribution Date in the fourth year thereafter, 80%; and for any Distribution Date thereafter, 100%.

  • Senior Specified Enhancement Percentage As of any date of determination, 38.00%.

  • Vested Percentage means the sum of the following percentages: (i) 2% multiplied by your Years of Service, plus (ii) 8% multiplied by the number of Years you have been designated a participant in the Plan; provided, however, (w) prior to completing five Years of Service the Vested Percentage is 0,(x) on or prior to your fiftieth birthday your Vested Percentage may not exceed 50%, (y) on or prior to each of your birthdays following your fiftieth birthday your Vested Percentage may not exceed the sum of 50% plus the product obtained by multiplying 5% by the number of birthdays that have occurred following your fiftieth birthday, and (z) your Vested Percentage in no event may exceed 100%.

  • Adjustment Percentage means, with respect to any Loan, the quotient (expressed as a decimal) of the Loan Value for such Loan divided by the Cut-Off Date Unpaid Principal Balance of such Loan.

  • Utilization Percentage means, as of any day, the fraction expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the Facility Usage on such day, and the denominator of which is the Borrowing Base in effect on such day.

  • Reduction Percentage means the percentage rate by which the Initial Per Certificate Entitlement will reduce on a daily basis on the assumption that the daily rate will be theper annum rate specified in the Final Terms divided by 365 and applied accordingly.
