FUTURE LEGISLATION AND THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 6.01 If any law now in force or enacted during the term of this Agreement renders null and void any provision of this Agreement, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect for the term of the Agreement. The parties shall thereupon seek to negotiate substitute provisions that conform with the applicable law.
FUTURE LEGISLATION AND THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 3.01 In the event that any law passed by the Legislature of the Province applying to employees covered by this Agreement, renders null and void or materially alters any provision of this Agreement, the remaining provisions of the Agreement shall remain in effect for the term of this Agreement, and the parties to this Agreement shall negotiate where applicable a mutually agreeable provision to be substituted for the provision so rendered null and void or materially altered.
FUTURE LEGISLATION AND THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 4.01 If any law passed by Parliament or the Legislative Assembly, renders null and void any provision of this Agreement, the remaining provisions of the Agreement will remain in effect for the term of the Agreement. Either party may require the other to negotiate for an appropriate substitute for the annulled provision.

When this occurs the Agreement shall be re-opened at the request of either party and the negotiations shall commence with a view to finding an appropriate substitute for the annulled or altered provision.
FUTURE LEGISLATION AND THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 5.01 In the event that any law passed by Parliament, or the Northwest Territories Legislative Assembly renders null and void any provision of this Agreement, the remaining provisions of the Agreement shall remain in effect for the term of the Agreement. When this occurs the Agreement shall be re-opened at the request of either party and the negotiations shall commence with a view to finding an appropriate substitute for the annulled or altered provision.
FUTURE LEGISLATION AND THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 3.01 In the event that any law passed by the Legislature of the Province applying to those employees covered by this Agreement, renders null and void or materially alters any provision of this Agreement, the remaining provisions of the Agreement shall remain in effect for the term of this Agreement, and the parties shall negotiate a mutually acceptable provision(s) to be substituted for the provision(s) so rendered null and void or materially altered. Should such negotiations fail to achieve agreement, the parties may submit the matter to binding arbitration under the Public Services Labour Relations Act. Where either party indicates a desire to refer the matter in dispute to binding arbitration, the other party shall not object.
FUTURE LEGISLATION AND THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 5.01 In the event that any law passed by Parliament, which would apply to employees of the Royal Canadian Mint covered by this Agreement, renders null and void any provision of this Agreement, the remaining provisions of the Agreement shall remain in effect for the term of the Agreement.
FUTURE LEGISLATION AND THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 5.01 If any law now in force or enacted during the term of this Collective Agreement renders null and void any provision of this Collective Agreement, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect for the life of the Collective Agreement. The Parties shall thereupon negotiate substitute provisions which are in conformity with the applicable law. Any agreed upon changes shall remain in effect until the legislative change is no longer applicable, in which case the previous language, unless otherwise mutually agreed, or amended, by the Parties, shall be reinstated.
FUTURE LEGISLATION AND THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 6.01 In the event that any law passed by the Government of Alberta or Canada renders null and void, or reduces any provision of this Agreement, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect for the term of the Agreement and the Parties hereto shall negotiate, in accordance with the bargaining procedures of the Public Service Employee Relations Act, a satisfactory provision to be substituted for the provision rendered null and void, or reduced.
