Generation Disconnect. The switch should remain in the “off” (open) position after installation, until MLGW performs the system acceptance test. Upon successful completion, the AC disconnect switch will be left in the “on” (closed) position to allow the flow of generation. The Participant shall ensure that the AC manual disconnect switch shall remain readily accessible to MLGW and be capable of being locked in the open position with a single MLGW utility padlock.
