Gift Card Program has the meaning set out in Section 9.3;

  • Servicer shall develop complete and comprehensive training materials with respect to Servicer’s obligations under this Article, which materials shall be subject to Bank’s review and approval, train all its personnel who are responsible for plastic and/or collateral inventory management under the Wal-Mart Open Network Gift Card Program in a manner that will enable them to perform in accordance with such Program’s requirements, and monitor such personnel’s compliance with such requirements.

  • Servicer shall provide all services that are reasonably necessary or appropriate for operation of the Wal-Mart Open Network Gift Card Program, including with respect to Bank Client and Cardholders, except those services that are expressly assumed by Bank under this Schedule 3-B, as such services may be revised from time to time pursuant to the terms of the Agreement (the “Services”).

  • The attached Schedule 3-E is hereby adopted as the Schedule E (Reporting Package) for the Wal-Mart Visa Gift Card Program.

Gift Card Program means the gift card program administered by GCTB, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of TBC, for the sale of gift cards that are redeemable as a payment method at Branded Restaurants.

  • Smart Card means a Debit Card that has an embedded integrated circuit that can process data and protect the cardholder from fraudulent use.

  • Card Network means a payment card network, including the network operated by each of Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

  • Credit Card Agreement means the open-end revolving credit agreement between a Cardholder and Bank governing the Account and Cardholder's use of the Credit Card, together with any modifications or amendments which may be made to such agreement as permitted in this Agreement.

  • PEBB program means the program within the HCA that administers insurance and other benefits for eligible employees (as described in WAC 182-12-114), eligible retired employees (as described in WAC 182-12-171 and 182-12-180), eligible survivors (as described in WAC 182-12-180, 182-12-250, and 182-12-265), eligible dependents (as de- scribed in WAC 182-12-250 and 182-12-260) and others as defined in RCW 41.05.011.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • End User Customer means a third party retail Customer that subscribes to a Telecommunications Service provided by either of the Parties or by another Carrier or by two (2) or more Carriers.

  • Reseller Agreement means the separate agreement between Customer and Reseller regarding the Services. The Reseller Agreement is independent of and outside the scope of This Agreement.

  • Credit Card Agreements means all agreements now or hereafter entered into by and between any Borrowing Base Party and any Credit Card Issuer or Credit Card Processor, as the same may now exist or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.

  • Calling Card Service means a service that enables a calling End User to bill a telephone call to a calling card number with or without the help of an operator.

  • Game ticket or "ticket" means an acceptable evidence of Play, which is a ticket produced in a manner that meets the specifications defined in the rules of each Selling Lottery and Rule 31 (Play Validation) and is a physical representation of the Play or Plays sold to the player or is a properly and validly registered ticketless transaction Play.

  • Card means credit, debit, smart or other charge or pre-paid cards branded as follows: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Debit, Solo, Maestro (subject to the Codes of Practice).

  • Selling Retailer The entity selling the Covered Product and this Agreement.
