  • Subsections 4.12(c) and 4.12(d) of the Services Agreement, the schedules to the Original Services Agreement set forth in connection with the first program, Articles II and III of the First Amendment and the schedules to the First Amendment set forth in connection with the second program shall not apply to the Wal-Mart Visa Gift Card Program.

  • The Parties further agree that if Bank issues any Cards with any other Network pursuant to Section 1.8 of the Wal-Mart Visa Gift Card Program Agreement, Servicer shall service such Cards.

  • A Party shall have the right, for fifteen (15) Business Days after receiving a written request for proposal from the other Party for a Non-Branded Wal-Mart Gift Card Program, to submit to the other Party, in writing, such Party’s proposed terms and conditions of participation (“Party’s Proposal”) for the Non-Branded Wal-Mart Gift Card Program.

  • Bank agrees to credit the program marketing fund established for the Wal-Mart Visa Gift Card Program in the amount of the Network Incentive Payments actually received.


More Definitions of Gift Card Program

Gift Card Program means a program that the Vendor manages, through a third party, on behalf of Dealers, whereby gift cards are (i) purchased by retail customers at dealership locations with the purchase proceeds thereof credited to the Vendor, and (ii) used by retail customers for credit against the purchase of merchandise or services sold by Dealers;
Gift Card Program means the gift card program administered by GCTB, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of TBC, for the sale of gift cards that are redeemable as a payment method at Branded Restaurants.
Gift Card Program means a gift card or loyalty card program, or other similar redemption or reward program which may be designated by us from time to time in the Manual.
Gift Card Program means the program governing the promotion, sale and redemption of gift cards redeemable for Marble Slab Creamery brand ice cream and related merchandise, which is administered on Seller’s behalf by Stored Value Systems/Comdata.

Related to Gift Card Program

  • Gift card means a document, card, certificate, or other record, whether tangible or intangible, that may be redeemed by a consumer for a dollar value when making a purchase of tangible personal property or services.

  • Cardholder Agreement means the agreement between Bank and a Cardholder governing the terms and use of a Card.

  • Retailer means every person engaged in the business of making sales at retail, or for distribution,

  • Smart Card means a Debit Card that has an embedded integrated circuit that can process data and protect the cardholder from fraudulent use.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain an ISO 27001 Certification for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract.

  • Cardholder(s) persons authorized to use Association or Network branded cards.

  • Card means the Visa credit card and any duplicates, renewals, or substitutions the Credit Union issues to you; "account" means your Visa credit card line-of-credit account with the Credit Union; and "Credit Union" means the Credit Union whose name appears on this Agreement or anyone to whom the Credit Union transfers this Agreement.

  • Debit Card Transaction means an electronic payment using a Card for the purchase of goods or services (which can include payment for CashBack), by a Cardholder, to a Retailer displaying the Visa logo and/or who is in the Visa Scheme.

  • End User Agreement means any agreement that Eligible Users are required to sign in order to participate in this Contract, including an end user agreement, customer agreement, memorandum of understanding, statement of work, lease agreement, service level agreement, or any other named separate agreement.

  • MasterCard means MasterCard International Incorporated or its successors or assigns.
