Examples of Governmental Authorisation in a sentence
Each Governmental Authorisation necessary to be obtained in connection with the execution and delivery of this Agreement or any other agreements contemplated hereby or the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby shall have been made, given or obtained.
Each Governmental Authorisation is valid and in full force and effect.
Each Governmental Authorisation listed or required to be listed in Part 4.14 of the Disclosure Letter is valid and in full force and effect.
