Governmental Authorisation definition

Governmental Authorisation means any (i) approval, consent, ratification, waiver or other authorisation; (ii) licence, qualification, certificate, franchise, confirmation, registration, clearance or permit; or (iii) preliminary or final order, writ, injunction, judgement, decree, ruling, assessment or arbitration award, in each case, issued, granted, given or otherwise made available by or under the authority of any Governmental Body or pursuant to any Applicable Law;

Examples of Governmental Authorisation in a sentence

  • Each Governmental Authorisation necessary to be obtained in connection with the execution and delivery of this Agreement or any other agreements contemplated hereby or the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby shall have been made, given or obtained.

  • Each Governmental Authorisation is valid and in full force and effect.

  • In some cases, the Company will not be able to hold Governmental Authorisation directly due to local requirements and in such event, the Company will make reasonable endeavours to secure Governmental Authorisations through a third party.


More Definitions of Governmental Authorisation

Governmental Authorisation means any authorisation, approval, consent, licence, waiver, grant, concession, order, registration or permit required from any Governmental Authority.
