Governmental Entity or Public Power System definition

Governmental Entity or Public Power System means a municipality, county, governmental board, public power authority, public utility district, joint action agency, or other similar political subdivision or public entity of the United States, one or more States or territories or any combination thereof. (2) The following sentence shall be added to the end of the definition ofForce Majeure” in Article One:
Governmental Entity or Public Power System means the State of California Department of Water Resources separate and apart from its powers and responsibilities with respect to the State Water Resources Development System"; and all references to (A) "Governmental Entity or Public Power System" (and cognates) and (B) "Public Power System" (and cognates) in Schedule M shall be replaced with the new defined term "Governmental Entity" (using the applicable cognate).
