Govt definition

Govt means Govt. of Odisha or Govt. of India as the case may be.

Govt mentioned above means (a) the Government of India or of any State in India, or (b) the Federal or State Government of the Bidder’s country, or (c) the Federal or State Government having jurisdiction over the area where the relevant project has been/is being implemented by the Bidder or its Associate(s). Govt. entity means an agency or department of the Government.
