Hansard Unit Funds definition

Hansard Unit Funds means the range of Unit Funds made available by Hansard International Limited from time to time.
Hansard Unit Funds means the range of Unit Funds made available by the Company from time to time.

  • The annual management charge on the Hansard Unit Funds set out in the Schedule One is deducted from the Hansard Unit Funds on a daily basis and hence is reflected within the Bid Price of the Units.

  • You may choose, at any time whilst this Contract is in force, to change the selected Hansard Unit Fund(s) by written notice to us, or by any other method of notice previously agreed by you with us.

  • On the relevant date, we will cancel the Units to be changed and the net value of these Units will be applied to the acquisition of Units in the Hansard Unit Fund(s) you have specified.

  • The Company maintains the Hansard Unit Funds on behalf of the Contract Holders, and the capital gains and investment income arising on the Hansard Unit Funds are not currently subject to tax.

  • In addition to the charges described in Clause 11, an annual management charge, set out in Schedule One, will be deducted from the Hansard Unit Funds, which is reflected in the quoted Unit Bid Prices.

Related to Hansard Unit Funds

  • Provident Fund means any fund (other than a pension fund, benefit fund or retirement annuity fund) which is approved by the Minister in respect of the year of assessment in question: Provided that the Minister may approve a fund subject to such limitations or conditions as he or she may determine, and shall not approve a fund in respect of any year of assessment unless he or she is in respect of that year of assessment satisfied -

  • Sub-Fund means a segregated pool of assets and liabilities into which the Trust Fund is divided, established under the Trust Deed and the relevant supplemental deed as a separate trust as described in the relevant Appendix.

  • Endowment fund means an institutional fund or part thereof that, under the terms of a gift instrument, is not wholly expendable by the institution on a current basis. The term does not include assets that an institution designates as an endowment fund for its own use.

  • Settlement Funds means Standard Settlement Funds and Maximizing Settlement Funds.

  • Fresh Funds means funds that:

  • BlackRock Funds and “Trustees of BlackRock Funds” refer respectively to the trust created and the Trustees, as trustees but not individually or personally, acting from time to time under a Declaration of Trust dated December 22, 1988, as amended, which is hereby referred to and a copy of which is on file at the office of the State Secretary of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and at the principal office of the Fund. The obligations of “BlackRock Funds” entered into in the name or on behalf thereof by any of the Trustees, officers, representatives or agents are made not individually, but in such capacities, and are not binding upon any of the Trustees, shareholders, officers, representatives or agents of the Fund personally, but bind only the Trust Property (as defined in the Declaration of Trust), and all persons dealing with any class of shares of the Fund must look solely to the Trust Property belonging to such class for the enforcement of any claims against the Fund.

  • Grant Funds means any and all funds allocated or disbursed to Grantee under this Agreement.

  • Retirement fund means the "Washington law enforcement

  • Enterprise Fund means the enterprise fund of the Recipient in which Revenues are deposited.

  • Company Stock Account means the account established and maintained in the name of each Participant or Beneficiary to reflect his share of the Trust Fund invested in Company Stock.

  • Settlement Fund means the Settlement Amount plus any and all interest earned thereon.

  • Investment Funds means all monies and financial resources available for investment by the Authority, other than proceeds of bonds issued by the Authority.

  • Seller Account shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.

  • Member Account means the regular account and the variable account.

  • Payment Fund has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(a).

  • Client Funds means money deposited by the Client in his/her Trading Account, plus or minus any unrealized or realized profit or loss, plus or minus any amount that is due by the Client to the Company and vice versa.

  • Current Funds means wire transfers, certified funds or cashier's checks in a form acceptable to the Title Company which would permit the Title Company to immediately disburse such funds.

  • General Partner Interest means the ownership interest of the General Partner in the Partnership (in its capacity as a general partner) and includes any and all benefits to which the General Partner is entitled as provided in this Agreement, together with all obligations of the General Partner to comply with the terms and provisions of this Agreement.

  • Infrastructure fund means the renewable fuel infrastructure fund created in section 159A.16.

  • Revenue Fund means the fund so designated in, and created pursuant to, Section 502 hereof.

  • Gross Settlement Fund means the Settlement Amount plus all interest earned thereon.

  • Stock Account means the account maintained on behalf of the Participant by the Custodian for the purpose of holding Stock acquired under the Plan.

  • Nursery stock means all domesticated or wild botanically classified hardy perennial or biennial trees, shrubs, vines, and other plants; cuttings, grafts, scions, buds, bulbs, rhizomes, or roots of any of these; and fruit pits. Nursery stock includes plants and plant parts for, or capable of, propagation, excepting field, vegetable, and flower seeds, corms, and tubers.

  • Company Stock Fund means a hypothetical investment fund pursuant to which Deferred Stock Units are credited with respect to a portion of an Award subject to an Election, and thereafter until (i) the date of distribution or (ii) the effective date of a Diversification Election, to the extent a Diversification Election applies to such Deferred Stock Units, as applicable. The portion of a Grantee’s Account deemed invested in the Company Stock Fund shall be treated as if such portion of the Account were invested in hypothetical shares of Common Stock or Special Common Stock otherwise deliverable as Shares upon the Vesting Date associated with Restricted Stock or Restricted Stock Units, and all dividends and other distributions paid with respect to Common Stock or Special Common Stock were held uninvested in cash and credited with interest at the Applicable Interest Rate as of the next succeeding December 31 (to the extent the Account continues to be deemed credited in the form of Deferred Stock Units through such December 31).

  • Stock Fund means that portion of the Trust Fund consisting of Stock.

  • New Fund means each of the series portfolios of the Trust, one of which shall correspond to one of the Current Funds as shown on Schedule A.
