Hauler Route definition

Hauler Route means the designated weekly itinerary or sequence of stops scheduled to be performed by one collection vehicle providing regularly scheduled Solid Waste, Recyclable Material or Organic Waste collection services (not on-call or Bulky Item/Abandoned Waste) within the Company’s collection service area under this Agreement.

More Definitions of Hauler Route

Hauler Route means the designated weekly itinerary or sequence of stops scheduled to be performed by one collection vehicle providing regularly scheduled Greenwaste or Food Waste collection services, either curbside or from customers’ premises, within the Franchise Area. Hauler Routes do not include routes providing regularly scheduled Solid Waste collection services, routes providing on-call or ad hoc collection services (such as collection of demolition and construction waste), or routes collecting office paper, newspaper or cardboard pursuant to Article 2, Section 3.D.2 and 3.D.3, or compactor routes). If a Hauler Route services customers both within and outside the Franchise Area, only the portion within the Franchise Area shall be considered a Hauler Route.

Biosolids and digestate are as defined by 14 CCR Section 18982(a). Organic Waste does not include Compostable plastics.
