Head Licence definition

Head Licence means the licence agreement entered into between Novartis and the Licensor dated 18 October 2022 under which the Licensor’s right to license the Manufacturing Patents and Patents exclusively for use, offer for sale, sale, export or import of the Product in the Field in the Territory under this Agreement is derived.
Head Licence means the licence agreement entered into between ViiV and the Licensor which grants the Licensor the right to license the Patent Rights under this Agreement.
Head Licence means the licence agreement between OUI and Vaccitech dated 4 March 2016 set out, in redacted form, in Schedule 2;

Examples of Head Licence in a sentence

  • Upon termination of the Head Licence, and provided that the Licensee is not in breach of this Agreement, this Agreement shall be converted (by way of the Licensor, ViiV and the Licensee entering into a novation agreement transferring the rights and obligations of the Licensor under this Agreement to ViiV) into a licence between ViiV and the Licensee on the same terms and provisions agreed in this Agreement.
