Heritage Attributes definition

Heritage Attributes means, in relation to real property, and to the buildings and structures on the real property, the attributes of the property, buildings and structures that contribute to their cultural heritage value or interest;
Heritage Attributes means the principal exterior features, characteristics, context and appearance that contribute to the cultural heritage significance of an eligible property;
Heritage Attributes means the attributes or features of Property, buildings or structures that contribute to the Property’s cultural Heritage value or interest that are defined or described or that can be reasonably inferred:

Examples of Heritage Attributes in a sentence

  • The Owner shall, at all times, maintain the Property in as good and sound state of repair as a prudent owner would normally do, so that the Heritage Attributes are conserved and enhanced.

  • The Owner shall not, without the prior written approval of the City, undertake or permit any demolition, removal, construction, reconstruction, renovation, restoration, alteration, remodelling of the Property, or any other thing or act which would materially affect the condition, appearance or construction of the Heritage Attributes.

Heritage Attributes means the principal features or elements that contribute to a protected heritage property’s cultural heritage value or interest, and may include the property’s built or manufactured elements, as well as natural landforms, vegetation, water features, and its visual setting (including significant views or vistas to or from a protected heritage property), as identified:
