Heritage Attributes definition

Heritage Attributes means, in relation to real property, and to the buildings and structures on the real property, the attributes of the property, buildings and structures that contribute to their cultural heritage value or interest;
Heritage Attributes means the principal exterior features, characteristics, context and appearance that contribute to the cultural heritage significance of an eligible property;
Heritage Attributes means the attributes or features of Property, buildings or structures that contribute to the Property’s cultural Heritage value or interest that are defined or described or that can be reasonably inferred:

Examples of Heritage Attributes in a sentence

  • Where a Designated Heritage Property contains non-heritage additions, or elements, or the proposed work involves new additions, only the Heritage Attributes of the property will be subject to the grant.

  • Where a Designated Heritage Property contains non-heritage additions or elements, or the proposed work involves new additions, only the Heritage Attributes of the property will be subject to grant assistance.

  • If there is a conflict between this section and any other provision in this By-law or any other City By- law, the provision that establishes the highest standard for the protection of Heritage Attributes shall prevail.

  • Where a Part IV Hertiage Property or a Part V Heritage Property remains vacant for a period of 90 days or more, the Owner shall ensure that appropriate utilities serving the building are connected as required in order to provide, maintain and monitor proper heating and ventilation to prevent damage to the Heritage Attributes caused by environmental conditions.
