Home Study Program definition

Home Study Program means an educational program offered through home study which provides a minimum course of study and which is offered to not more than:
Home Study Program means continuing education activities, clearly related to maintaining skills necessary for the safe and competent practice of professional counseling that require the successful completion of a proficiency examination and are sponsored, endorsed or approved by the National Board of Certified Counselors, the American Counseling Association, the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy, the National Association of Social Workers, the Association of Social Work Boards, the American Psychological Association, or their affiliates, a regionally accredited academic institution, the Connecticut Department of Education or the Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services;
Home Study Program means a one day or two-day home study program for the purpose of providing training in online research and analysis of corporate stocks and public stock markets involving: (1) the following materials: a set of VCD, workbooks and other publications providing a self-study investing course, and (2) six-month free Online Website Access, for which customers pay a set price established by Online.

System Protection Facilities shall include such protective and regulating devices as are identified in the Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards or that are required by Applicable Laws and Regulations or other Applicable Standards, or as are otherwise necessary to protect personnel and equipment and to minimize deleterious effects to the Transmission System arising from the Customer Facility.
