Website Access. Billing Service Provider will provide patient access to website with the ability to input encrypted billing information or credit payment information as necessary to process a claim.
Website Access. Consultant shall provide Client with application level access to NCDSS Day Sheets application via a secure (HTTPS) URL. Users of the application will be provided with a username and password to access the application. No direct access to server hardware, operating system, database management system or other system resources shall be provided.

The Website may not be accessed or used by any national of certain countries or groups against which the United States and/or European Union have instituted sanctions (including Iran, Cuba, North Korea, Syria and Sudan) and other proscribed persons who are listed on the Denied Parties List. Further restrictions apply to any end user who will utilize content provided on the Website and or API:s in the design, development or production of nuclear, chemical or biological weapons or rocket systems, space launch vehicles, and sounding rockets, or unmanned air vehicle systems; or any end user who has been prohibited from participating in the US and/or EU export transactions by any agency of the US government or European Union. Due to technical uncertainties preventing verification of the identity and ultimate point of access by any person attempting to access or use the Website, Your access of the Website, including the presentment of any authorized user ID and password, constitutes Your express representation that
Website Access. Within a reasonable period following execution of the Transaction Document, AVEVA will provide Customer with access to the Website, which shall be configured with the number of Tokens set forth in the Transaction Document. Customer may redeem the Tokens to create a License Key enabling Use of the licensed Software for a given period of time at the exchange rate established for the Software product in the Agreement.
Website Access. We hereby grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non- assignable, non-sublicensable, revocable right and license to access, view and use the Website and related ActiveAging Materials solely for your own personal and non-commercial use, and provided that you comply with this Agreement (collectively, the “License“). Except for the License, ActiveAging does not grant you any right or license in or to any of ActiveAging’s or a third party’s Intellectual Property Rights. In our sole discretion we may, at any time, with or without notice, and for any or no reason: (a) revoke the License, suspend the Website, and/or terminate this Agreement; and (b) modify, remove, and/or otherwise restrict access to (such as by geo-blocking), all or any part of the Website.
Website Access. GMMI grants You permission to use the Website, as set forth in the TOS, provided that, and for so long as (i) You use the Website solely to obtain information available on the Website to the general public regarding GMMI and its services; (ii) except as expressly permitted in the TOS, You do not download, reproduce, redistribute, retransmit, publish, resell, distribute, publicly display or otherwise ex- ploit any portion of the Website in any medium without GMMI’s express prior written authorization; (iii) You do not alter or modify any part of the Website; (iv) You do not engage in any of the prohibited uses described below; and (v) You otherwise fully comply with the TOS. The Website is controlled and offered by GMMI from its facilities in the United States of America. GMMI makes no representations that the Website is appropriate or available for use in other locations. If You are accessing or using the Website from other jurisdictions, You do so at your own risk and You are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Website Access. Provider agrees to provide Grantee monthly, limited, twenty-‐four hour access to its Website for the purpose of accessing all data generated by each Sensor leased from Provider by Grantee under this Agreement. Grantee agrees to pay all specified charges in all Unit Orders that reference this Master Agreement. Access to Provider’s Website shall begin on the earlier of the date of a Sensor’s first transmission, or the Service Start Date documented in the Unit Order attached to this Agreement. Grantee is responsible for all telephone, DSL, cable, Wi-‐Fi, cellular, or other charges assessed for or related to Grantee’s connection to the Website. If at any time Grantee is not in compliance with any of the terms of this Agreement, including payment of fees, then Provider may, without notice, invalidate Grantee’s and its associated third-‐party’s passwords and cancel Grantee’s access to and use of Provider’s Website, including any associated third-‐party licenses granted by Provider under this Agreement. Should Provider revoke Grantee’s licenses for non-‐compliance, all fees due under this Agreement shall become immediately due and payable.
