Examples of Honeywell Terms in a sentence

  • Subject to Buyer’s compliance with this Agreement and Subscriber’s compliance with the Honeywell Terms, Buyer is permitted to provide Software on a trial basis to Buyer or a potential Subscriber, upon Honeywell’s prior approval in writing, for a limited period of thirty (30) days for evaluation purposes only (the “Evaluation”).

  • For avoidance of doubt, for Maintenance Services which automatically renew pursuant to Section 16(c), the initial Term with be as stated in the initial Order and renewal terms will be subject to the then-current Honeywell Terms and Conditions of Projects and Services provided in the Renewal Notice.
